Original Short Comic for Side A: “My Life” by Dominik Slusarczyk

Mini-interview with Dominik Slusarczyk

HFR: Can you share a moment that has shaped you as a writer (or continues to)?

DS: Early on in my writing career I wrote a poem called “Grey Fish Sea.” The poem is strange but beautiful. Every time I write I try to emulate what I did with that poem. Sometimes I come close but most of the time I fall far short.

HFR: What are you reading?

DS: I am currently reading The Dark Tower by Stephen King.

HFR: Can you tell us what prompted “My Life”?

DS: I wanted my paintings to say more so I added text to them.

HFR: What’s next? What are you working on?

DS: I am currently making music and after that I am planning to make some conceptual art.
